DIRECTIONS: Boil 2 quarts of water in a pot on the stove. When the water starts to boil, add one tea bag. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit, leaving the tea bag in until the tea reaches room temperature. Remove the tea bag and place the liquid in a glass jar in the refrigerator. Drink hot or cold. For larger quantities, use 4 quarts of water and 2 tea bags.
